What You Bring to the Team

• UK Market Experience: Minimum of 1 year working on outbound campaigns targeting the UK market - non-negotiable
• Outbound Sales Expertise: At least 3 years of proven outbound call centre experience in a high-volume, target-driven environment
• Educational Background: Matric certificate (Higher Grade English advantageous)
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal skills and confident closing ability
• Driven Personality: Self-motivated and thrives on achieving results

Earning Potential

• Basic salary from R12,000 to R18,000 per month, plus uncapped commission.
