VMI Manager

Job Purpose

To oversee and manage stock holding Rustenburg VMI, ensuring optimal inventory levels, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide support and guidance to team on Inventory management and operational best practice
• Coordinate with the central logistics team to address any issues or discrepancies promptly
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance branch performance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and critical issues within their designated area
• Ensure audit compliance of the VMIs
• Implementation and review to meet SLA
• Drive stock reduction according to Support strategies
• Ensure optimal stock profile according to Logistics strategies
• Shareholders and customer engagement

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• Related tertiary qualification
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same role
• Kerridge advantage
• Stocktake procedures.
