Duties and Responsibilities

Operation and Safety:

  • Operate tractors, plows, cultivators, and other equipment.
  • Ensure safe operation, following company safety policies and regulations.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks, report issues, and perform basic maintenance.

Agricultural/Construction Tasks:

  • Plow, cultivate, and harvest crops.
  • Haul heavy loads, materials, or equipment.
  • Assist with irrigation, spraying, or fertilizing.
  • Perform construction tasks (e.g., grading, excavation).

Efficiency and Productivity:

  • Meet productivity standards, minimizing downtime.

Maintenance and Repair:
