Sales & Stock Administrator Location: Silverton Salary: R12 000 – R15 000 per month (depending on experience) Start Date: Mid-January NB MUST BE READILY AVAILABLE Key Responsibilities:

• Provide sales support and administration to ensure smooth business operations
• Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and timeously
• Maintain and manage stock control, ensuring accurate inventory levels and stock reconciliations
• Handle client communication, including queries, orders, and complaints, in a professional and efficient manner
• Assist with sales follow-ups, tracking leads, and maintaining client relationships
• Prepare sales reports and performance summaries using Excel
• Contribute to sales targets through upselling and proactive customer engagement
• Support marketing efforts, including basic social media marketing and content posting
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
