Key Responsibilities & Requirements Translate business requirements into functional, insightful dashboards Develop and maintain clear, effective data visualizations using BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Domo Write, debug, and optimize SQL queries to extract data from structured databases Identify data inconsistencies and provide solutions that improve visualization accuracy and user experience Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key metrics (KPIs) that drive better decision-making Continuously monitor and improve existing dashboards and visual interfaces Ensure data quality by understanding database structures and how they relate to front-end reporting Communicate data insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences Qualifications: 2 - 4+ years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of building impactful dashboards and visualizations Proficiency in at least one BI tool (Looker preferred; Tableau or Domo also considered) Solid SQL skills — able to write, debug, and optimize queries Experience with Look ML and knowledge of dashboard performance best practices is a strong plus Strong understanding of database structures and experience working with tools like Big Query Ability to translate complex business logic into actionable metrics and visual stories Proactive mindset with a focus on identifying improvements in usability, KPIs, and user experience Fluent English communication skills (written & spoken), with the ability to convey insights clearly to stakeholders Detail-oriented, independent, and comfortable owning analytics projects end-to-end Join Our Team Be part of a collaborative and innovative environment where your analytical skills and insights will directly influence business success.
