About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Marketing Support Specialist to help drive brand visibility and lead

generation for a UK-based financial services firm specialising in SME lending and brokerage.

The ideal candidate will combine creative design ability with technical marketing experience

to deliver 10–15 qualified leads per month within a set budget.

Key Responsibilities

● Website Development: Build and maintain a professional WordPress website that

reflects brand identity and supports lead generation goals.

● Content Creation: Use Canva and other tools to design engaging marketing

collateral for clients and referral partners (brochures, email templates, social

graphics).

● Digital Campaigns: Create, implement, and monitor paid advertising campaigns

across Google and LinkedIn, as well as targeted email marketing.

● Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign analytics, report on key metrics, and

continuously optimise for improved ROI.

● Collaboration: Work closely with management to align messaging, campaigns, and

outreach with business goals.

Requirements

● Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within financial services, SME

lending, or brokerage sectors.

● Proficiency in WordPress, Canva, and advertising tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn

Ads, email automation platforms).

● Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion tracking.

● Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

● Portfolio examples of websites and campaigns previously managed.

Performance Goal

Deliver 10–15 new qualified leads per month within an agreed marketing budget.
