• General Finance Duties:
  • Manage the full processing of day-to-day transactions and payments for smaller entities
  • Prepare journals and complete monthly reconciliations
  • Update trial balance accounts in line with IFRS
  • Identify financial risks and ensure internal compliance
  • Contribute to performance management and continuous improvement initiatives
• Reporting:
  • Compile monthly, quarterly, forecast, and year-end reporting packs on SAP
  • Manage inter-company confirmations
  • Prepare annual financial statements
  • Support reporting requirements across multiple companies
• Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Review cost allocations
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts for smaller entities
  • Manage cash flow reporting to treasury
• Projects:
  • Administer and maintain project financials, including budget control
  • Assist project managers with financial oversight
  • Provide input for reporting, tax disclosures, and forecasting
• Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and relevant ISO standards across SHE, environmental, quality, and energy frameworks

• BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years experience in a financial/accounting environment
• Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4Hana advantageous)
• Independent, self-driven work approach
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Deadline-driven with strong planning and administrative skills
• Innovative, strategic thinker
