Role Purpose Assists the Compliance Officers and the Head of Compliance in the execution of their functions, which includes second line monitoring, reporting, planning etc. Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Law, Accounting or Compliance
• At least 1 - 2 years experience in the assistance of compliance officers (to the advantage for an intern)
• Knowledge of how a compliance function operates

Duties & Responsibilities Internal Processes:

• Second line quality assurance monitoring
• Collation of monitoring plans, Regulatory universes and Compliance Risk Management monitoring plans, reporting documentation and CRMPS and other compliance documentation
• Assist compliance officers with the compilation of compliance reports
• Interacting with the business in respect of second line quality assurance monitoring, where required, Interacts with MML Group Compliance in respect of segment compliance requirements
• Tracks regulation and assists and alerts compliance officers in keeping up to date with regulatory requirements
• Assistance in adhoc compliance projects and driving automation of compliance monitoring and reporting
