To bring the Woolworths brand to life through exciting, engaging and informative food tastings. Youll create theatre and spark curiosity by preparing and presenting delicious demo dishes in-store, helping customers discover new favourites and understand the unique value of our products. Youll also play a key role in collecting customer feedback and using technology to enhance the experience.

• Greet every customer warmly and invite them to explore the demo experience.
• Share the story behind the product and explain what makes it special.
• Use tastings to create memorable, enjoyable customer interactions.
• Gather feedback from customers through conversation, QR codes and surveys.

Minimum requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent (NQF Level 4).
• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in hospitality or food service is a plus.
• Comfortable using digital tools for planning and customer engagement.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is essential.
• Able to manage own time and tasks — from set-up to clean-up.
• Passionate about food, people and sharing great experiences.
