My client, a services and solution driven company that supplies concrete related consumables and PPE to the Building and Civils Industry, is seeking to employ a seasoned Sales Representative to join their dynamic team.

Purpose:

To create relationships with Construction Managers / Foremen on site as well as Buyers in office. You will call on these construction sites, often deliver goods to these sites and assist with quoting on needed outstanding materials that the customers may need.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the construction industry or past sales experience of construction related materials.
• Capable of managing your time / weeks schedule efficiently.
• Good communication skills with the ability to build relationships
• Must be fairly capable of lifting materials etc, because the ideal candidate will often do deliveries when going to a clients site.
• Able to communicate in English and Afrikaans / Zulu.
• Computer literate with MS office.
• Valid drivers licence essential.

Remuneration:

• Basic salary of R15 000 - R20 000 per month, provident fund contribution, cell phone, company vehicle, fuel (for work use) and laptop
• Introduction of a commission structure based on branch performance after probation.

Working hours:

• Monday - Friday 07:30 - 16:30
