We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Trace Administrator to join our debt collection department. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and excellent data management skills to support trace operations efficiently. This position in based in Pretoria East.

Key Responsibilities: ✅ Data capturing, updating, and maintaining records across various systems. ✅ Assisting management with requests and administrative reporting. ✅ Clerical duties related to debt collection and trace functions. ✅ Operating debt collection programs and extracting relevant data. ✅ Managing trace agent lists and loading/managing trace data. ✅ Overseeing stats, analysis, and outsourcing of trace matters. ✅ Handling difficult clients/debtors professionally. Minimum Requirements: ✔ Grade 12 qualification. ✔ At least 5 years of administrative experience. ✔ Strong administrative skills and ability to manage data efficiently. ✔ Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and advanced Excel skills. ✔ Ability to work under pressure and handle high workloads. ✔ Excellent communication skills in English & Afrikaans (both spoken & written). ✔ Must be a fast learner, hardworking, and self-motivated.

• Additional Information:
