Job Title: Sales & Marketing AssistantLocation: The Aleit Group, Somerset WestReports to: Marketing Director & Media Coordinator

Job Overview:

The Aleit Group is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Director and Media Coordinator. This role blends creativity with strategy, requiring a talented individual to assist in executing marketing initiatives, designing engaging visual content, maintaining our website, and driving sales by meeting with potential clients. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and passionate about marketing, design, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing & Design

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create compelling visual content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials using graphic design tools.
• Update and maintain the company website, ensuring all content is fresh, accurate, and aligned with brand identity.
• Support in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance.
• Collaborate on content creation, including copywriting for blogs, press releases, and promotional campaigns.

Sales & Client Relations

• Conduct client meetings to introduce all The Aleit Groups services and convert leads into sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive business growth.
• Work closely with internal teams to tailor marketing and sales strategies to client needs.
• Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and exhibitions to promote the brand.

Requirements & Skills:

• A degree or diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business, Event Management or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom) and Canva.
• Experience with website content management systems (WordPress).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Well presented and professional at all times.
• Sales or client-facing experience is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• A passion for the events and hospitality industry.
• Proactive skills and can take initiative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R12 000,00 - R16 000,00 per month
