Your Role:

As a Production Manager & Supervisor, youll be at the heart of our kitchen action, ensuring everything runs like a well-seasoned dish. Youll manage event production, kitchen logistics, and team coordination while maintaining the fun, energy, and high standards that define Food Jams.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Oversee Production & Event Flow - Manage the setup, execution, and breakdown of cooking events, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Supervise & Lead Teams - Mentor junior hosts, cooking captains, and support staff, ensuring efficient operations.
• Stock & Inventory Management - Oversee ingredient prep, stock control, and equipment readiness for each event.
• Problem-Solving on the Fly - Handle last-minute changes, troubleshoot operational challenges, and keep the energy high.
• Guest Experience & Quality Control - Ensure that every event delivers the signature Food Jams magic—fun, connection, and unforgettable flavours.

• A strong leader with excellent organisational skills and a hands-on, solutions-driven approach.
• Experience in hospitality, catering, event management, or culinary arts.
• A cool-headed problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
