We are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious person, with a passion for the Pro-Audio industry. Your management style will determine the teams success, knowing that you have all the support and foundation you need. Your passion for building relationships and leading our formidable team, delivering great service always will form part of the requirement. Candidate must be able to work well under pressure, achieving targets and KPIs each month. Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the Channel Distribution Sales Team in JHB, through formidable leadership and strategic actions
• Stratergising on ways to ensure that each team member meets targets every month
• Collaborating with our team and their customers to ensure growth in the Channel Distribution sector
• Working closely with our marketing team to ensure all marketing strategies tie up with sales activities
• Ensuring that internal procedures are followed, ensuring efficient workflow in the workplace
• Contributing to the Management Team, with regards strategic discussions within the business
• Implementing training where required

Key skills

• A degree in Sales Management will be an advantage, but not essential
• Sales Management Experience Essential
• Knowledge of our industry (With a good understanding of the retail market)
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Strong Admin Skills
• Strong Communication Skills
• Strong planning and organisation skills is essential
• Computer Literate and the ability to analyse Data is essential
• Energetic
• Own Car essential with a valid SA drivers license
