The AI Technical Lead will: Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Design scalable AI architectures and write efficient, documented code. Optimize AI application performance via monitoring, testing, and benchmarking. Promote adherence to AI COE standards and facilitate training sessions. Innovate by researching trends, creating proofs of concept, and delivering impactful AI solutions. Mentor and upskill team members while fostering collaboration and continuous learning. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. Experience: 5+ years of hands-on AI and machine learning development experience. Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. (Spesifically, experience with cloud based AI/ML services) Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams, projects, and mentoring. Between 5 - 7 Years
