Edge Fitness is looking for a hardworking energetic individual to make sure their equipment is well maintained and running smoothly.

Key Performance Areas:

1. Managing Effectiveness:

· Ensure equipment is always in a good state, ready to use

· Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.

· Actively participate in collaborative work and development.

· Consistently model positive and professional behaviour.

· Maintain regular and frequent communication with Service managers, Regional Managers, and other relevant parties

2. Operations:

· Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.

· Follow a weekly preventative maintenance plan to ensure less downtime for equipment

· Contact suppliers to get quotes on needed parts - have a good relationship with all suppliers

· Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance checks and services on equipment.

· Repair and replace equipment and facility fixtures when needed.

· Work with others to execute risk reduction measures and provide care in emergency situations.

· Attend staff meetings and educational trainings.

· Perform other duties as assigned.
