Your areas of responsibility:
  • Direct and coordinate maintenance staff to prioritise corrective and preventative maintenance work.
  • Drive execution of the plant maintenance plan, ensuring plant reliability, regulatory compliance and good quality manufacturing.
  • Support Production in delivering the production plan to ensure good quality products are delivered to customers on time and in full.
  • Evaluate maintenance work and implement improvements to the planned maintenance system and resources.
  • Conduct regular plant over-inspection with maintenance staff to ensure work standards are maintained and improved.
Qualifications and skills we are looking for:

  • N6 Fitter and Turner with recognized Trade Test or similar qualification.

  • 10 years post trade test maintenance in a Manufacturing environment.

  • Minimum 5 years Supervisory experience.

  • Basic knowledge of industrial automation hardware (Siemens S7 PLC & SCADA Systems).
