Full-Time | Remote | Salary + Commission

Are you a driven and dynamic sales professional looking to join a market-leading company?

We are a leading supplier of fire and security systems seeking an enthusiastic Sales and Admin person to become a key player in our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

· Proactively engage with potential customers over the phone.

· Follow up daily on quotations provided to current customers, converting interest into confirmed sales.

· Promote our products and services with clarity and confidence.

· Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets to earn bonus incentives.

· Upsell Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and renewals, particularly during month end cycles.

· Update the CRM system effectively and efficiently.

What Were Looking For

· Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.

· A positive, self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to succeed.

· Proven previous experience in a sales role (essential).

· Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment with a focus on customer service and retention.

· Strong organisational and time management skills.

· Experience using CRMs.
