Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable personal trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness and helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals. The personal trainer will work with clients on an individual basis, providing customized workout plans, nutrition guidance, and motivation to help them reach their desired results. The personal trainer will also lead group fitness classes and assist with fitness assessments and goal tracking. Responsibilities:

• Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized workout plans for clients
• Provide nutrition guidance and support to help clients reach their goals
• Lead group fitness classes and ensure the safety and effectiveness of workouts
• Motivate and inspire clients to stay committed to their fitness journey
• Keep up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and research to continually enhance knowledge and skills
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients
• Effectively communicate with clients to track progress and make necessary adjustments to workout plans
• Collaborate with other team members to provide a comprehensive fitness experience for clients

Qualifications:

• Certified personal trainer with a nationally recognized certification (e.g. NASM, ACE, ISSA)
• Bachelors degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or related field preferred
• CPR/AED certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
• Knowledge of fitness equipment and techniques
• Prior experience working as a personal trainer is preferred
