Are you an experienced Salesforce Administrator looking to make an impact in the hospitality industry? Join our dynamic team and play a vital role in optimizing our customer relationship management systems to enhance our business operations and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring optimal functionality and user accessibility.
• Customize and configure Salesforce applications, workflows, and dashboards to meet the organizations needs.
• Manage data imports, exports, and ensure data integrity across all systems.
• Provide training and support to staff on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify business process improvements and implement solutions using Salesforce.
• Troubleshoot system issues, implement upgrades, and liaise with external support as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform and its features.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (advantageous).
