Are you an experienced Salesforce Administrator looking to make an impact in the hospitality industry? Join our dynamic team and play a vital role in optimizing our customer relationship management systems to enhance our business operations and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring optimal functionality and user accessibility.
- Customize and configure Salesforce applications, workflows, and dashboards to meet the organizations needs.
- Manage data imports, exports, and ensure data integrity across all systems.
- Provide training and support to staff on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify business process improvements and implement solutions using Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot system issues, implement upgrades, and liaise with external support as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform and its features.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (advantageous).
- Strong technical skills, including creating custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support end-users.
