Were looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Returns Assistant to help us ensure that every returned item is processed with care and efficiency. • Processing Returns: Check and verify all returned items
• Inspection & Testing: Thoroughly assess each returned product and test it to determine its next steps.
• Stock Categorisation: Accurately log returns into the right category for seamless processing.
• Repackaging & Shipping: Securely rebox items and create accurate waybills for shipments
• Tracking & Updating: Keep return statuses and notes up to date to ensure smooth workflows.
• Quality Control: Test all repaired items to make sure they meet our high standards before heading back to customers

What Makes You a Great Fit? Must-haves:

• Strong computer literacy skills

• Matric or Grade 12 equivalent

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Experience in an aftersales or customer service environment.

• Strong attention to detail
• High literacy level

• Reliable, accountable, and takes pride in their work
• A can-do, problem-solving attitude and a willingness to investigate issues

• Team player

• Clear communication skills (verbal and written).
• A proactive approach—you dont just identify problems, you solve them!
• An eye for detail and a commitment to getting things right the first time.
• A willingness to learn and grow—theres always room for development at Yuppiechef!
