Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is responsible for the performance, administration and efficient daily operations of a full-service branch, including lending, sales of product mixes, customer service and managing all branch staff in accordance with the Bayport objectives.

EDUCATION

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Matric
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • NQF Level 6 qualification in Business Management
  • Regulatory Examination level 5
  • Banking Level 5 will be an added advantage

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • 3 - 5 years people management and sales experience.
  • 2 - 3 years experience in managerial role.

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS ? Financial industry knowledge and working experience.
