Business Assurance Manager

Location: Gauteng & Northern Cape (with frequent travel)Company: Raid Risk Managmnet - Private Security Sector

We are looking for a Business Assurance Manager to ensure that all departments and sites are operating efficiently, transparently, and in alignment with company standards.

What Youll Do:

• Hold managers and departments accountable for their responsibilities.
• Track task completion across departments, from operations to HR.
• Act as a quality and performance checkpoint for the business.
• Treat the business as a live, ongoing project - always improving.

Requirements:

• Operational background in the security industry preferred.
• Excellent follow-through, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and leadership presence.

• Candidates must have above-average computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Compiling and submitting reports
• Following up on outstanding tasks
• Coordinating documentation across departments and sites
• Excellent verbal and written communication is expected, along with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R20 000,00 - R60 000,00 per month
