Job Description Dear Future, Business Support Specialist The role requires you to design and implement appropriate and sustainable solutions through understanding of customer needs and in addition ensure collaboration across various segments, business units and product houses Are you someone who can do the following: Stakeholder Management: Create a Stakeholder Engagement Plan: Determine objectives and shape your strategy Identify & Assess Stakeholders: Understand the people youll be working with Classify Stakeholders: Categorize stakeholders based on their importance Engage with Stakeholders: Build relationships and communicate Monitor, Evaluate & Report: Continuously assess and report on stakeholder engagement Operational processes: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficient operations. Enhance systems, processes, and best practices Ensure organizational processes comply with legal regulations and standards. Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way Ensure regular review of processes done Escalations: Understand the Root Cause before addressing an escalation Transparent communication is key to resolving escalations Develop a resolution plan Learn and Improve Reporting: Incidents - Be involved, understand root cause, was incident logged, Ensure Complaints - Be involved, ensure root cause done, current "as is process" cross checked, identify if improvement required and assist/ensure implementation Risk Report - Input on any items that should be flag on the risk report ie: Incidents/KRI breach/Material Operational Incidents/Data breaches SLA Pack - Preparing and monitoring SLA with outsourced areas Projects: Assist from start of project - Input into BRS and/or sign off on BRS Implementation phase Testing phase You will be an ideal candidate if you:
