Call Centre Agent
Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and goal-driven Call Centre Sales Agents to join our team. The role involves making outbound/inbound calls to sell products and services, handle customer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, wed love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to sell products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details.
- Follow company scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (call centre experience required).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Resilience, motivation, and a positive attitude.
Salary & Benefits:
