Cleaning Supervisor

The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing multiple project sites, managing a team of cleaners, coordinating cleaning tasks, inspecting work areas, and ensuring a high standard of hygiene and housekeeping.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • No prior experience required (on-the-job training provided)

Key Performance Areas:

  • Coordination of cleaning activities across all designated areas
  • Planning and overseeing deep cleaning processes
  • Identifying training needs and conducting staff training
  • Managing and monitoring cleaning chemicals and their usage
  • Ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards

Technical Competencies:

  • Good communication skills in English
  • Strong hand-eye coordination
  • Skills in task management and delegation
  • Problem-solving abilities

Behavioural Competencies:

  • Disciplined and responsible
  • Attention to detail and strong housekeeping skills
  • Reliable and safety-conscious
  • Positive and friendly attitude
  • Ability to produce reports and maintain records
