Sales Job Opportunities For Matriculants

We are seeking enthstic and motivated individuals to join our sales team at Mamba Magnate Marketing. This position is ideal for recent matriculants who are eager to start their careers in sales and marketing. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

• Identify and approach potential customers

• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule

• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments

• Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales, and status reports

• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

• Continuously improve through feedback

• Recent matriculant with a valid Matric certificate

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and driven by targets

• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audiences needs

• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
