Conveyancer

Company Description

A well established attorneys firm is looking for a Conveyancer for the establishment of a new branch. Your focus will be on transfers, with preference given for candidates who hold experience in deceased estate transfers.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Conveyancer. The Conveyancer will be responsible for handling property transactions, drafting transfer documents, liaising with all parties involved, assisting with legal documents, conducting title searches, preparing closing documents, as well as all other functions of a Conveyancer. You will further be responsible for the marketing of the office, building new relationships and client retention.

Qualifications

• An LLB
• Admission as an Attorney and Conveyancer
• Admission as a Notary will be an advantage
• A minimum of two years post admission experience as a Conveyancer
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong leadership abilities

We are seeking a candidate who wishes to join and grow their career, with long term aspirations. The start date for this position will be the 1st of May.
