Johannesburg based client seeks a skilled Customer and Marketing Data Analyst who has passion for transforming raw data into insightful business strategies, focus areas include Marketing Analytics, Product Analytics, Customer Analytics, and Automation.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business, Analytics, Data Science, Advanced degrees or certifications in analytics is essential.
- 3-7 Years experience in a similar or equivalent role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI), and data visualization techniques.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools is a necessity
- Understanding of SaaS sales funnel dynamics, customer lifecycle metrics, product and marketing attribution models.
- Strong skills in SQL, Power BI, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude.
- Marketing Analytics Expertise: Experience with CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion optimization.
