What Youll Own

• Funnel Architecture

Build & optimise multi-step Go High Level campaigns (donation, quiz, challenge, evergreen, upsell).

• CRM & Email Automation

Segment, score & nurture leads with high-ROI sequences.

• Paid Traffic

Plan, launch & refine Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads. Then expand channels as ROI dictates.

• Creative Assets

Design branded templates & social content in Canva or brief specialists.

• Data & Dashboards

Track gross profit (Revenue - Ad Spend - Basic Pay) in real time; iterate weekly.

• Reporting

Own key metrics and list growth, CVR, CPL, ROAS & GP per funnel.

Must-Have DNA (Deal-Breaker Criteria)

Youll only progress if you answer “Yes” to all of these:

• Built & optimised multi-step funnels in Go High Level (or comparable platform)
• Executed CRM & email campaigns that delivered measurable profit
• Bought & optimised Facebook/Instagram ads for a live product/service
• Leveraged AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI etc.) to accelerate copy, creative, automation & optimisation
• Live and breathe fitness, performance & meat-centric nutrition
• Based in South Africa & available to start at 20 - 30 hrs/week

Nice-to-Have Experience

(These move you to the top of the shortlist)

• Growing audiences on LinkedIn, TikTok or Instagram Reels
• Managing a YouTube or podcast channel (planning, publishing, promotion)
• Basic video-editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Descript etc.)
• Proven track record of delivering 7 figure (£1m+) gross profit funnels

Compensation & Bonus Ladder

• Basic salary: R250 - R300 / hour
• Performance bonus (paid quarterly): Available from month 1 @ 10% of gross profit (GP)
• Months 0-3: Prove you can cover your salary + ad spend with your funnels (break-even) - anything above break even you make 10% of gross GP
• Months 4-6: Generate at least £10 000 GP per month → bonus at 10 % of GP.
• Months 7-12: Sustain £10 k PM GP for three consecutive months → bonus rises to 15 %. Any months below £10 k PM GP bonus drops to 10% for that month
• After £1 million cumulative GP: Bonus escalates to 20 % (uncapped).
• On-target earnings can exceed R5 000 000 within 18 months if delivering £1m+ total marketing gross profit annually
