Job Title: Event Planning and Implementation Specialist

Location: Johannesburg

Job Type: Full-time

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist the supervisor in developing annual and quarterly event plans.

· Specific activity plan development and supplier selection.

· Follow up on the event elements design and production.

· Event settlement and expense reimbursement process to ensure execution within budget.

· Specific implementation and effect analysis of the event.

· Event summary report and material archiving.

· Other daily temporary work is arranged by leaders.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelors degree or equivalent.

· 2-3 years or above experience in event planning, brand communication and marketing in the automotive industry.

· Experience in event and brand communication in the automotive industry, with quality event supplier resources preferred.

COMPETENCIES:

· Proficient in office and other office software

· Familiar with professional tools related to advertising communication, with good data analysis skills, teamwork skills, and communication skills.
