Job Requirements

• Personal interactions (telephonically and/ face-to-face) with clients and potential clients with regards to various Old Mutual products and services relating to financial well being.
• Correspond and liaise with clients.
• Proactively seek new clients/ business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Matric / Grade 12
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and outlook
• Knowledge of MS Teams
• Client service experience
• Valid drivers license with own reliable Transport

Necessary Skills & Attributes

• Target driven ( related to new business).
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients.
• Strong sales ability / Ability to influence.
• Active listening skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in both English and Afrikaans.
• Attention to detail.
• Work well under pressure.
