Financial Advisor

We are looking for an experienced, high-performing Financial Adviser to join our

dynamic start-up financial services firm.

The ideal candidate is a driven, entrepreneurial adviser with a solid track record of client

relationship management and business development.

This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to help shape a company from the

ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients (existing or new).

- Provide holistic financial planning and wealth advice.

- Conduct regular financial needs analyses and reviews.

- Maintain strong product knowledge across investments, risk, and retirement planning.

- Ensure compliance with all FAIS and FICA requirements.

- Contribute to business strategy and client acquisition planning.

Minimum Requirements:

- 3-5+ years as a Financial Adviser or Wealth Manager.

- RE5 Certificate and FAIS-compliant.

- NQF 5/6 in Wealth Management

- Existing book of clients or a proven ability to build one.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong sense of initiative and accountability.
