Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
• Teach foundational skills such as language, math, science, and social studies
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture
• Provide individualized support and instruction to students as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues and families to support student learning and development
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Teaching certification or qualification
• Experience working with young children, preferably in a school setting
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in teaching
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and families
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards teaching and learning
• Must have remedial or special needs experience.
