HC SPECIALIST
REQUIREMENTS:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business
- Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases advantageous.
- Familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Outlook.
- Place of work: Bryanston, in office
- Working hours: 08h00-17h00
- Valid drivers license and vehicle advantageous
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
RECRUITMENT & TALENT ACQUISITION:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilise various platforms and channels to attract diverse candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
- Analyse recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the HC team and management.
HC ADMINISTRATION, DATA & REPORTING:
- Assist with day-to-day HC administrative tasks including document management, record keeping, and processing employee information.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of HC reports and documentation.
- Manage scheduling and follow-up for HC meetings, interviews, training sessions, workshops etc.
- Assist in workforce planning and talent management projects.
HC SUPPORT & PARTNERSHIP:
- Provide day-to-day HC support to managers and employees on various HC matters.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HC policies and procedures.
- Support employee onboarding, orientation, and continuous engagement initiatives.
COLLABORATION & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:
- Work closely with the HCBP to contribute to the design and implementation of HC initiatives.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and projects aimed at enhancing HC processes.
