SAP Project Manager

ABD is looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of a key SAP project for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing SAP implementations or upgrades and a strong understanding of PMO best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end SAP project management across all phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure).
  • Establish and maintain project governance and PMO structures.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Track project milestones, budgets, deliverables, and risks.
  • Facilitate project status meetings, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure alignment with SAP ASAP methodology (or Activate, where applicable).
  • Support change management, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
  • Manage post-implementation support and lessons learned sessions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience as a Project Manager on SAP projects (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or related modules).
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of SAP methodologies (ASAP, Activate).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and complex project scopes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
