Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, Selection, and Onboarding
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from job postings through onboarding, ensuring the attraction of high-quality talent.
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to meet the companys staffing needs and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all new employees.
- Employee Relations & Wellness
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, labour law, and best practices.
- Promote a healthy work environment by driving employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Reports and Compliance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports, presenting key HR metrics such as headcount and turnover.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and provide accurate reporting to Head Office.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Support payroll processing, timekeeping, and manage employee benefits enrollment.
- Facilitate the distribution of benefit updates and communicate any changes effectively.
- Training & Development
- Coordinate and schedule training programs, workshops, and development initiatives, ensuring employees have access to continuous learning.
- Maintain training records and assist with reporting for compliance (WSP/ATR and EE reports).
- Office Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Receptionist/Office Administrator to ensure office efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required; an Honours Degree is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 8+ years in a HR Managerial role, with a strong track record of HR leadership.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Strong ability to interpret and use HR data and metrics to drive informed decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Must have a valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
