Minimum Requirements
  • Post matric with a diploma/degree in HR or Finance will be advantageous
  • 1 - 2 years HR or Finance work experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Management of Staff Cost
    • Align store Staffing to Template
    • Suggest ways to reduce hours -overtime /casual hours
    • Prepare estimated cost of projected spend for the store
    • Prepare targeted hours for casuals
  • New engagements
    • Flexi
      • Preparation of new engagements -store /service depts.
    • Contract /Perm
      • Preparation of new engagements -store /Service departments
  • Adhoc work
    • Assisting operations and service department to maintain correct staff costs
    • Maintain correct templates
    • Assist Regionals with Staffing requirements for Manager meetings
    • Assist with queries
    • Assist Administrator when required
