Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in reading and interpreting drawings, diagnosing HVAC systems, and preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs). The role involves installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues efficiently.
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for HVAC projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide cost estimates and material specifications for HVAC projects.

Requirements:

• Qualification, e.g., Diploma/Certificate in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repairs.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in preparing BOQs for HVAC projects.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Valid drivers license .
