We are looking for someone who will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the innovation, development and maintenance of our diverse vehicle ecosystem in FNB in collaboration with WesBank.
• Develop an innovative ecosystem strategy aligned to business strategy to ensure business growth and sustainability
• Translate strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant projects / initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progress
• Creative Humanled Design: Collaborating with CX, architects, designers, and developers to bring imaginative customer centric concepts to life.
• Solution/ Program ownership: Manage designated product development projects from inception to final execution, including post implementation evaluation. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Building strong relationships with stakeholders, internal and external to the FirstRand Group
• Establish, align and manage targets and budget goals whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency
• Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers and senior staff members.
• Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
• Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders
• Implement and maintain sound business processes that minimise FNB risk and deliver quality requirements specifications.
• Initiate and manage market research, data mining and quantitative analysis to ensure sustainability and future competitive growth
• Facilitate the conversion of knowledge and ideas into new or improved products, processes and services
• Plan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent and culture of team to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies
• Manage own development to increase own competencies
