A leading food manufacturing company is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory & Costing Clerk to support production, inventory management, and cost accounting. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock control, costing, and reporting, while implementing controls over manufacturing materials and finished goods. If you have experience in inventory and costing within a manufacturing environment, proficiency in Sage Evolution, and a keen eye for accuracy, this is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team!

• Complete manufacturing reports accurately and on time.
• Verify finished goods production daily to ensure correct production declarations.
• Ensure raw and packaging materials are properly counted and returned to the warehouse after production.
• Manage and ensure accurate warehouse transfers of materials.
• Review Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure correct accounting for raw and packaging material usage.
• Assist in implementing inventory controls to minimise waste and inefficiencies.
• Work closely with production and finance teams to maintain accurate cost records.

• Diploma or degree in Cost & Management Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 3-5 years in an inventory or costing role, preferably within FMCG or food manufacturing.

• Sage Evolution proficiency (advantageous).
• Strong

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and cost control.
