Telesales and Sales Support
➢ Engage with prospects and customers to grow sales. ➢ Addresses customer inquiries and resolves issues. ➢ Identify and qualifies potential sales leads. ➢ Accurately prepare sales reports. ➢ Maintain and update customer information. ➢ Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely manner. ➢ Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback. ➢ Assist with processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness. ➢ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the product managers issues with product availability. ➢ Report potential leads and opportunities. ➢ Provide technical support for customers and any troubleshooting issues. ➢ Support ongoing training initiatives to enhance your skills and knowledge. ➢ Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and warehouse to ensure seamless operations. ➢ Provide general support to the sales team, helping with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed. ➢ Grade 12 certificate ➢ Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a similar role ➢ Knowledge of Dynamics 365 will be advantageous ➢ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite e.g. Word, Excel ➢ Target driven: Exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales quotas. ➢ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks and priorities effectively. ➢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams. ➢ High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling data and documentation. ➢ Proficiency in technical nature of the products. ➢ Strong customer service skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively. ➢ Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently. ➢ Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support colleagues in achieving common goals.
