About Us:

We are a dynamic and growing group of companies operating in various industries, including security, technology, renewable energy, and vehicle services. As we expand, we are looking for a Junior Bookkeeper to join our finance team and support the financial operations across multiple businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and bank statements across multiple entities.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist with VAT returns and payroll processing.
• Support the finance team with reporting, audits, and financial analysis.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

✔ Diploma or certificate in Bookkeeping, Finance, or Accounting.✔ 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably handling multiple entities.✔ Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage accounting software.✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills.✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.✔ Experience in a multi-company or group finance structure is advantageous..
