Team Leader Production
To lead the Production team in the execution of the production plan, on time, safely and at minimal cost. Manage a production team and control quality, processes and systems (TCCQS, maintenance and safety) in order to achieve maximum efficiencies and minimal losses.
- Manage and maintain the output of volumes of product in the unit
- Manage the use of raw materials and ensure limited wastage
- Lead Team
- Ensure effective Quality control of manufacturing unit as per TCCQSs requirements
- Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of the TCCQS, Safety and Maintenance systems
- WCO Implementation
- Cost management
- Minimum of a 3-year National Diploma (NQF6), in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a FMCG environment
