Junior Food and Beverage Floor Manager

Were looking for a Junior Floor Manager to join our team at The View Boutique Hotel and Spa, a prestigious 5-star hotel. As part of our restaurant team, youll play an important role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding dining experience, from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the restaurant floor to ensure service runs smoothly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of hospitality throughout.
• Lead and motivate a team of waitstaff, offering guidance and support to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service.
• Address any guest concerns or complaints swiftly and professionally, always aiming to exceed their expectations.
• Work closely with senior management to maintain and improve service quality, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience.
• Keep an eye on restaurant inventory and ensure all equipment is well-maintained.
• Ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Experience & Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a fine dining or high-end restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and making each guest feel special.
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of the service is perfect.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, in line with the demands of the hospitality industry.
