Position Overview:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong design sensibility and a desire to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and execution of interior design concepts for luxury projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist senior designers in the development of design concepts, presentations, and project materials

· Conduct research and gather inspiration for design projects

· Create 2D and 3D designs, including floor plans, elevations, and renderings

  • Ability to interpret and create technical drawings and specifications

· Support in sourcing finishes, materials, furniture, and accessories for high-end interiors

· Assist with the preparation of design presentations, reports, and other project documentation

  • Coordinate with internal teams (architecture and construction) to ensure design intent is carried through
  • Assess the clients project requirements
  • Develop clear and accurate briefs that fully express the clients needs
  • Expand and develop designs to align with the clients brief, budget and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with 3D rendering software (Lumion) is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • A valid drivers license

Salary:

Dependent on experience.
