Job Summary:We are seeking a Junior Social Media Manager with a passion for both data-driven insights and hands-on content management. This role requires a blend of analytical skills and creative execution, supporting our tech-focused social media team in both tracking performance and actively managing content. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager to optimize campaigns, engage with audiences, and support content creation across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Responsibilities:

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, impressions, reach, conversions, etc.) across platforms.
  • Identify emerging social media trends, competitor activities, and content performance to help refine strategy.
  • Assist in gathering insights to optimize content and campaign strategies for various platforms.
  • Monitor social media conversations and proactively engage with audiences when needed.
  • Help track the ROI of social media campaigns and suggest adjustments based on performance.
  • Assist in the creation of reports detailing audience engagement and content performance.
  • Support content planning and scheduling across social media platforms.
  • Occasionally create and post basic social media content (captions, stories, simple visuals).
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and strong messaging.
  • Support influencer outreach, community management, and engagement efforts.
  • Take on additional social media management tasks as needed to support the teams goals.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management, analytics, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite Analytics).
  • Hands-on experience with major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.
  • A solid understanding of social media KPIs and best practices.
  • Some experience with content creation (basic copywriting, captions, and visual editing) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the tech industry is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
