Job Summary:The Lettings Negotiator will play a pivotal role in managing the rental process remotely, focusing on attracting tenants, engaging landlords, and driving business growth through proactive cold calling and lead generation. Key responsibilities include scheduling property viewings with local agents across the UK, ensuring the process runs efficiently, and relaying applicant feedback to landlords promptly. Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify and connect with potential landlords through targeted cold calling to secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of prospective clients.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with landlords to grow the companys property portfolio.
Lettings Management
- Manage inquiries from prospective tenants and match them with suitable properties.
- Schedule property viewings with local agents in the UK and ensure the process is conducted smoothly.
- Negotiate rental terms and tenancy agreements that align with the interests of both landlords and tenants.
Customer Service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, delivering professional, prompt, and effective support.
- Resolve inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a focus on exceptional customer care and satisfaction.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and manage essential documentation from tenants and landlords.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the companys CRM and property management systems.
Market Awareness
- Conduct thorough market research and analyze rental trends to advise landlords on competitive pricing strategies.
- Stay informed about local market dynamics and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with local viewing agents to facilitate seamless and efficient property showings.
- Work closely with the property management team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for tenants.
