Logistics Coordinator

Fruitways is an agri-business that specialises in the growing, packing and marketing of apples and pears to retailers, traders and wholesalers around the globe. LOGISTICS COORDINATOR We are looking for an independent, self-motivated individual to join our team. You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Reporting to the Logistics Manager you will work at the Marketing Office in Somerset West as part of the Logistics Team. Responsibilities:

• Booking and timely placement of supply chain services.
• Prepare and distribute delivery and inspection summaries.
• Collect and track all loading instructions and follow up on completion of order.
• Collect and supply accurate information for in-house export clearance.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification or diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain with 1-2 years experience in a similar position.
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet set deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail throughout.
• Computer literacy and professional written and verbal communication skills.
