Job Mission / Objective:
The Marketing Manager at Access Bank is responsible for Planning, coordinating and executing the marketing, CSI and public relations strategies and activities of the Bank.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate and execute the marketing strategy and its associated plan, measured as initiatives delivered vs. planned.
- Develop, coordinate and manage the CSI and Enterprise Development plan, measured as initiatives delivered vs. planned.
- Financial management, measured as actual vs. budgeted marketing spend, value delivered, return on marketing spend, etc
- Brand management, measured as brand consistency, brand management controls and policies in place and executed, management of key brand elements (e.g. website)
- Agency management, measured as return on agency spend, active management of delivery from agency.
Requirements
Academic Knowledge:
- Minimum of a 3 year tertiary qualification in marketing management.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years banking experience.
- Minimum of 3 years marketing experience preferably gained in financial services.
- Industry.
Skills / Specialized Know How:
- Brand and marketing management / coordination
- Events management and coordination
- Graphic design
